To apply to rent this property, fill out this application and mail or fax it to us.

Holding Deposit
If you are interested in renting the condo, but not able to move in right away, we may ask for a holding deposit of $500. We will then hold the property for up to 2 weeks for you. When you move in, this will be applied to the security deposit.

Here is the lease agreement you will sign before moving in. Feel free to review ahead of time and let me know if you have any questions.

Pet Addendum to Lease Agreement
If you have a pet, you will be required to provide an additional $500 pet deposit and sign the following form. The pet deposit may either be paid at move-in, or $50/month for the first 10 months.

Move In/Out Checklist
This checklist will inventory the current condition of the condo when you move in and will be used to determine if any repairs and cleaning are needed when you move out. We will walk through the property with you on move in and move out to fill out this form.
